We’ve set five ambitious goals to guide our impact journey, with progress milestones along the way. By the end of 2027, we aim to advance inclusion and deliver measurable, lasting change.

Our planet matters

Understanding and reducing our carbon footprint and supporting environmental education. Our aligned goals are:

  • Paper reduction:
To reduce our overall paper usage, we aim to decrease the average amount of paper associated with each customer policy by 25% by the end of 2027, as compared to 2024 usage.​
  • Electrical emissions reduction:​
We’re working to reduce our carbon footprint as part of our effort to help create a better world for everyone. We aim to cut carbon emissions from our electrical usage by 20% by the end of 2027, as compared to 2024 usage.
